Job Description |
|
- Assist the certification officer on daily tasks.
- Organize Contractor's Quality Management System (CQMS) documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage CQMS inquiries, respond to customers via calls/emails promptly.
- Assist in training/ event related to CQMS.
- Perform general clerical duties such as: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Meet and greet clients/ visitors.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Schedules arrangement for training and audit session.

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and discipline.
- Able to understand work requests and instructions efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Willing to work in a group, able to communicate with other colleagues, flexible and able to undertake wide range of duties.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Requirements |
|
- Candidate must currently persuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any courses related to Engineering, Building, Business Administration/ Management, Finance, or any related field.
- Internship duration for 2-6 month(s).
- Minimum CGPA 2.8 and above or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
